Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Whimzy purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it
  • unused
  • with tags attached
  • in its original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care items, such as beauty products
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • sale items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
