Every product page lists a real age range — not a marketing guess, an actual "this is who it's for" call. When in doubt, size up rather than down. A toy that's a little ahead of a kid is usually more exciting than one that's a little behind them.
"What age is this actually for?"
Check the age tag right on the product page. If you're still not sure — because let's be honest, every kid is different — send us a note or give us a call. We'd genuinely rather answer a quick question than have you guess wrong.
"Will they already have this?"
Hard for us to know from here, but here's what we can tell you: we don't chase every viral trend just because it's viral. We pick things because they're good, not just because they're everywhere — so the odds of "oh, they already have three of these" go down.
"Is this something they'll actually play with — not just unwrap and forget?"
This is the single question we ask about everything before it goes on our shelves. If we don't think a kid will actually play with it, we don't carry it. That's not a slogan — it's our actual buying filter.
"Will a parent hate me for giving this?"
Fair worry. We're not big on anything that turns into 400 tiny pieces on the living room floor at 7am, and we'll always tell you honestly if something's a "read the box first" kind of toy.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Under that, it's a flat $9.99 — and it ships from right here in Minnesota, not a warehouse three states away.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — and it's free, both in-store and online. Shopping online? Just leave a quick note at checkout letting us know it's a gift, and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes! If you'd rather skip shipping altogether, in-store pickup is available at checkout.
What if something needs to go back?
We keep returns simple and human — no interrogation required. Some items have limits based on condition, timing, or type, so check our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the specifics, or just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
