Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your Whimzy order packed up and on its way!

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package ships.

Please note that processing times may be a little longer during holidays, special promotions, or especially busy shopping times.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 shipping to the continental United States.

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship only to addresses in the continental United States.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available at checkout, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Whimzy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at tom@heywhimzy.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at tom@heywhimzy.com and we’ll do our best to help.

If your item arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, please reach out right away so we can make it right.
