The Details
Build a working model car from the inside out with the Thames & Kosmos V8 Race Car. This 233-piece STEM kit reveals authentic automotive systems, including a visible eight-cylinder engine, four-speed manual transmission with reverse and neutral, rear-wheel differential, adjustable steering, and shock-absorbing suspension.
A 40-page full-color manual guides the build and explains the gears, engine, and other mechanical concepts along the way. The finished model measures approximately 10 by 11 by 3.9 inches and requires two AAA batteries; recommended for ages 10 and up.
