Shipping the Whimzy Way
We pack every Whimzy order with care from our Lakeville toy shop and work to get it on its way as quickly as possible. Shipping times can vary based on carrier speed, order volume, weather, and holiday busy-ness — because even packages occasionally hit a traffic jam. For full details, please visit our Shipping Information page.
Returns & Exchanges, No Drama Required
We want every Whimzy purchase to feel like a happy little win. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with returns or exchanges that are simple, fair, and friendly. Some items may have return limits based on condition, timing, or product type, so please visit our full Returns & Exchanges policy for all the details.
